2. Ordering and Delivery

  • Order Placement: Orders placed through this website are considered valid once submitted online.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 4 days from the date the order is placed online. This timeframe accounts for item preparation, packing, and route scheduling.
  • Delivery Method: All orders are fulfilled via Cash On Delivery (COD). Customers are expected to inspect their items upon delivery before completing payment.

3. Refund and Returns

We do not offer refunds. Customers must inspect their items at the time of delivery. Once accepted, the transaction is considered final.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will replace items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Food products received in Bad Order (BO) condition (e.g. spoiled, expired, or improperly packed)

To request a replacement, the issue must be reported immediately upon delivery and verified by our team.

4. Product Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of delivery. Acceptance of the item confirms that it was received in satisfactory condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items accepted in good condition
  • Non-food items after delivery unless defective
  • Perishable or personal care products not classified as BO

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are provided in good faith but may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.
